First Impressions Start at the Curb

Have you ever driven through a neighborhood for the first time, and it gives you a “feeling.”  At that point, you know instinctively whether you want to continue driving and exploring.  Buyers are no different.  They decide at the curb whether they are interested in your house.

Priority #1 in presenting your home to buyers:  Grab them at the curb with an inviting presentation that includes color, texture, and style.  Bring them from the car to your front door, and visually invite them to explore more values in your home.  Be the guide, and make them the hero for finding such a great place to call their new home.

As we get closer to listing day, watch my video as I get ready to prepare my home’s exterior to attract buyers to the inside with anticipation.
