Last Day of Renovating My Home
Now as I’m rounding the bend to completion, my renovation is nearly done. I’ve focused on the fixed assets of the home, and added value with old door replacements, new backsplash, new paint, and mid-grade bedroom carpet. By replacing aged items and modernizing assets with fresher styles and colors, I’ve added value in the buyer’s mind. When the buyer perceives value, the home price increases. My best suggestion is to make a Preparation Checklist, and place your investment cost next to estimated ROI. Your Realtor team, including a qualified Home Staging Consultant, can together guide you on those items that will maximize your investments and reduce your selling time based on the comparables in your neighborhood.
